The Our Health, Our Community survey closed at 5pm on October 3, 2023. Please note, the grand prize draw will take place 2x weeks after the survey closure date, on October 17, 2023. 

We want to thank all of the community members who participated in the survey. Your responses will help inform improved services, programs, and policies for our community, and we cannot wait to share the survey results with you.

We also thank the countless community partners, including OCCHN members, non-profit partners, local government, First Nations and Métis leaders, school boards, and field surveyors who generously contributed their time, expertise, and guidance. The Cowichan Valley is an incredible region to work within, and we are grateful for your support.

Throughout the fall and winter of 2023-2024, the OHOC team will work to complete an analysis of the survey data. Our goal is to report back results in the Spring of 2024. Stay tuned for details.
